Went to CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) last weekend and if you aren’t from Toronto, it’s a carnival that is held every year at the end of the August. Here in Toronto, the weather has been very unpredictable, definitely feeling as though summer is over and fall has arrived, so I based my outfit around this weather. Whenever I hit up festivals the main thing for me is comfort with style! What better way than pairing the classic pair of jeans and a t-shirt. These black denim skinny from Topshop are my favorites at the moment because they fit like gloves, it’s high waisted (tucks everything away) and love the detailed cut outs on the knees giving me my grunge edge. My Hood By Air t-shirt was also perfect for the chilly windy night. Love the big bold prints on the shirt elevating my plain denim pants. I tied everything in with my Unif No You jacket; love this piece because it gives me the best of both worlds, denim body and sweater sleeves and it’s definitely a conversation starter!
